Product Characteristic
ZKXS series overturn vacuum hydro-extractor machine currently is one of the most ideal dewatering equipment of the non-woven gauze and gauze bleaching and dyeing. This equipment covers less area, has updated the backward technology, saved a lot of manual work and energy consumption. The water ring vacuum pump with stainless steel and water separator and filtrate pump is used for the equipment. The continuous pumping absorbing effect of the water ring vacuum pump is remarkable. After the vacuum pump operating for 15 minutes (single roll dehydration), the moisture content of the yardage roll after being dehydrated reduces to about 95% (±5%) from the original 300%. It improves the efficiency of the next process. This equipment makes up the blank in the domestic market.
