Product introduction
With higher and higher requirements for the knitted fabric, cloth needs to be flatter and clearer. Currently the enzyme erosion method is generally applied. But such a method has problems like low bursting, instability in effects and high production costs. And some kinds of fabric cannot go through such processes due to their texture. Thus our company has developed a opening and singeing machine with independent intellectual property rights. Singeing can be applied with the grey fabric or directly to the finished fabric, reducing the costs and consumption of the traditional erosion largely and at the same time raising the bursting strength of cloth, so as to realize a clearer texture.
It has been an evident trend to transform from the original tubular to width opening singeing and mercerizing. Opening singeing boasts obvious advantages over the tubular ones: Singeing can be realized in a cleaner and more thorough manner, and such defects as singeing traces and uneven singeing do not occur easily.
On the basis of drawing on the advantages of similar products home and overseas, we have done reasonable adjustment to the design of this product, so as to effectively avoid the curling of knitted fabric, reduce the tension to its lowest, make its operation more simple and human-based and the structure more reasonable and easier to use.
