Design concept and Energy saving effect: 

  1. DESIGN CONCEPT

The efficient heat exchange structure is utilized by RJ recovery system for waste water and heat energy to replace low value heat energy in the waste water to the process water with the efficiency of about 90% through water/water exchange mode and increase the temperature of the process water, thereby the steam and electric power cost being saved, which can reduce the cost of production and improve competitive power for the enterprise. At the same time the environment will be protected by reducing the temperature of the waste water.

  1. ENERGY SAVING EFFECT

The economy of recovery system for waste water and heat energy is particularly acute in dyeing industry, the recovery term of equipment investment is only within 3-6 months and the recovery rate of waste water and heat energy can reach about 90%, the more the water consumption and the higher the temperature, the shorter the recovery term of investment. By using this system:

  1. Average value of saving steam electric power cost is about 20%-35% of the common usage. (It varies according to the difference of raising temperature of water, water consumption and other processing parameters)
  2. It can produce heat water and reduce the working hours and it also can increase production output about 20%-30%.
  3. By using heat water to wash, we can improve dyeing quality, decrease defective rate and reduce washing times. Therefore, water consumption is saved.
  4. Without using cooling tower, we can decrease the temperature during treatment process. Therefore, it can save wastewater treatment cost.

 Advantage

  1. All parts touching with dyeing liquid are made of stainless steel 316/316L.
  2. Automatic Self back purge system. This system includes automatic aeration device and pollution discharging device. It will automatically clean the adhesion substance in heat exchanger and keep the heat exchanging efficiency .
  3. High efficient heat exchanger. Heat exchange efficiency more than 90 percent and Heat exchange coefficient more than 5000w/m2
  4. Automatic filter with self-test function .It removes the sundries out of waste water to ensure the system safe and efficient.
