- The active tray of yarn loading machine can rotate freely 360 degrees, which is convenient for loading and discharging yarn. 

- Hydraulic system: equipped with advanced hydraulic servo system.. All of the valves and solenoid adopt Japanese Brand products. 

- The hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a balancing valve, and the hydraulic cylinders can lock each other to keep the original position unchanged, regardless of any serious accidents such as power failure, moter burning or even oil pipe burst. Absolutely safe and reliable. 

- Adjustable yarn carrier fixing clamps(in accordance with the 1500kgs dyeing machine standards, it can be adjusted freely and its material is SUS304), there is a sensor on the every four mechanical clamps to prevent the machine from starting without lock signal.
