I. Technical characteristics

1. The functions of slitting, opening, washing and squeezing are synthesized into one process, which simplifies the operation process, saves  

    manpower greatly and improves the production efficiency.

2. Any kind of thick or thin cloth can adjust tension and on-line distribution and spread arbitrarily.

3. There are two kinds of slitting head: A. Semi-automatic manual knob alignment

                                                              B. Automatic electrical eye alignment.

4. Automatic untwisting and infrared automatic alignment to realize high-speed automation of untwisting and opening.

5. Configuration l washing function, automatic filtering and cleaning of wool and excrement, recycling water, saving environmental protection.

6. The squeezer is made of special material rubber rolls, and the hydraulic rolling allowance is up to 70%.
