Introduction: 

         High temperature air jet dyeing machine shows more advantages in water, steam and energy-saving while inheriting advantages of air flow dyeing and jet dyeing. The built-in fan structure of the machine makes the equipment structure more compact, it doesn’t only reduce losses of circular air flow along the way, it also reduces the influence of fan noise on the environment and human health.

        The independent dyeing liquid circulation, air flow circulation system and cloth-raising roll constitute the conditions of level dyeing and wrinkle resistance, thus this makes the fabrics complete level dyeing within a short period of time.

        This machine is applicable for dyeing of cotton, chemical fiber and blended woven fabrics or knitted fabrics, it can also be used for pre-treatment and post-treatment of fabrics. In addition, the machine can also be used for alkali weight reduction treatment of Dacron, Lycoell alkali-soluble splitting fiber processing and loose type pre-shrinkage finishing of knitted fabrics, etc.
