Key technical Features

High applicability: Suitable for knitting cloth of pure cotton and various kinds of mixed yarns such as dyeing cloth plus spandex, polyamide plus spandex, polyester plus spandex, silk plus spandex, T/C, T/R, and so on. And it is also suitable for cross woven fabric such as polyester peach skin, island plush cloth, taslon, acetate-proof babric, N/C, N/R, and various kinds of craftwork cloth. 

High  quality: Newly designed full dip-dyeing cloth-guiding tube enhances level dyeing degree and eliminates all kinds of linear marks. 

High efficiency:  A cloth-straightening system in the rear of the machine, enabling high running speed and smooth running with no clogging, no knotting and no tying when dyeing high-density or light and thin cloth, productivity greatly improved. 

Low Liquor ratio and improved dyeing reproductivity: Cloth storage groove bottom plate relieves resistance of cloth when moving in the cloth storage groove, lowers liquor ratio, improves dyeing reproductivity as well as decrease vestige created in extrusion of cloth.
