I. Configuration of dyeing machine

1. Material : Main cylinder: SUS316L stainless steel

Dosing cylinder: SUS304 stainless steel

2. Computer: HG9026 with LG PLC.

3. Valve: St. Hans cylinder butterfly valve; stainless steel Y valve imitating Burkert; float type trap

4. Electromagnetic valve: Taiwan Airtac;

5. Electric component: Siemens in Suzhou.

6. Main pump: Taiwan Konpro Centrifugal pump

7. Heat exchanger: Internal heater exchanger (under condition of saturated steam pressure: 0.6Mpa, heating rate is 20~130℃ for 30mins; when cooling water pressure is 0.3Mpa, cooling rate is 130～80℃ for 20mins.)

8. Main pump motor: Wannan (equipped with imported SKF bearing)

9. Main cylinder is equipped with pressure-gradient level gauge (Chuanyi Henghe)and PT100 temperature sensor( Hongkong Procon )

10. Dosing cylinder is equipped with bubble level gauge (Hongkong Procon)

11. Semi-filling air cushion type dyeing, equipped with air pressure system (pressure switch is imported from Korean for pressure controlling)

12. Double inlet and double outlet system

13. Dyeing machine is equipped with one sets yarn carrier.

14. Electric control case is made of stainless steel.

15. The main pump is equipped with frequency converter
