I. Brief Introduction

       YS series cotton cake press is a newly developed product specially for the degreasing and bleaching process of medical absorbent cotton.

By receiving cotton from the front air through the coagulator, the hydraulic pressure cake after spraying water can increase the load of the bleaching pot by nearly 30%, and the loading density can reach 300 g/m3, which avoids the short-circuit phenomenon in the process of cooking liquid circulation and improves the cooking efficiency (about 5-6 hours per pot). Therefore, water consumption, steam consumption and sewage discharge can be reduced, and the cost of bleaching can be reduced.
