I.Brief Introduction

DF241 boiling and bleaching machine fully absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It is developed for medical degreased cotton products. It can complete degreasing, bleaching and other processes at one time. Using high efficiency and energy saving circulating water pump and one-step high temperature and high pressure pure oxygen bleaching technology, the loading density of the bleaching cylinder reaches 300 kg/m3, which improves the load of the machine, shortens the process time and reduces the production cost.

II.Main Features

1. Safety interlocking: Multi-head safety interlocking device to ensure that the cylinder head can not be opened when there is pressure or temperature in the main cylinder exceeding 85 degrees F.

2. Semi-filling air cushion type dyeing, equipped with air pressure system (pressure switch is imported from Korean for pressure controlling)

3.Chemical system: feeding barrel is equipped with spraying ring pipe, pneumatic spraying valve, drainage valve, manual direct steam heating valve, mixer. Feeding pump is equipped with motor and mechanical seal. The automatic feeding system has the following functions: automatic dye reflux, water inflow, cyclic feeding, quantitative feeding, rapid feeding, drainage, cleaning and so on.
