1. Application:

It is suitable for the bleached white gauze. It is unwound through the A-frame and dried in the dryer to wind the finished product or be cut and slit into the required gauze pieces.

2. Equipment composition:

Active unwinding A-frame -- cloth feeding frame -- 2 roller padder, water tank -- 2 column dryer - -deviation correction device -- slitting and winding machine.

3. Performance:
   a. The active unwinding A-frame is movable and can be adjusted left and right to ensure the regularity of operation;
   b. The cloth feeding rack is equipped with 1 set of elastic frame and 1 set of electric suction device
   c. The two-roller padder is composed of two ∮300 rollers, the active roller is 304 stainless steel roller, and the passive roller is nitrile rubber roller.
